A Run Heifer Run Exclusive
Moo-Mentum Premium is an extension of the "virtual running camp" that was held in the Run Heifer Run FB group from 16 October thru 12 November, 2017.
Moo-Mentum was created for newer runners, with the goal of helping to create the "moo-mentum" needed to make running a regular part of the routine.
The course/camp included daily posts and accountability, weekly webinars, and plenty of discussion along the way.
